Welcome to the TmX Kanes Wrath tournament page!       ~~~   Starts Saturday 21st June  ~~~

Dates all moved forward a week as to not coincide with the TmX vs EKT commwar

It has recently been made aware that from the 30th of june onwards, EA will shut down their online servers for Kanes Wrath . This saddens me. So before we lose the chance forever, id like to organise a tournament for the players in the Renegade X community that have the game.

The layout will be similar to the World Cup. There will be groups of 4 players in one group and each player must play every other player in their group once.
Winning a match will net you 3 points, drawing will get both players 1 point each and losing a match will result in 0 points. The top 2 players from each group go through to the Elimination rounds, where losing a game means disqualification!

Tournament begins with the group stages on Saturday 21st june. You will have the whole weekend to arrange your games with your opponents.

Page will be updated on 20th of june with group listings,
again on the 23rd with results.
Quarterfinals begins on saturday 28th of june and semi finals the 29th june. Finals will take place whenever it suits the finalists best



Each game will be best out of 3. finals will be best out of 5 . You can choose from any official 1vs1 ranked game maps on the official patch 1.02. The loser of each match must report back to me the score either here via private message or on mirc (irc.thematrixserver.com)

Is this possible to play with a pirated version? I'm still butthurt over what EA did to westwood so I've been boycotting them for years now

as long as you can connect to online you should be ok

4 people have signed up, woohoo >.> ok for anyone thats still interested in this, be on irc/ teamspeak tonight and tomorrow and arrange to play at least one match against every other person. we can also do 2vs2 and other kanes wrath related stuff. ill be on tonight!
